Write to contact@spohad.com and describe what happened. Every message is read; replies usually come within a few days.

Or use the feedback page — it prepares the email for you.

It helps a lot if you include:

  • your device (for example “iPhone 15 Pro”) and iOS version;
  • the Spohad version, shown at the bottom of Settings;
  • what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.

From Spohad, choose Settings → Send Feedback. Or in TestFlight, take a screenshot and tap Send Beta Feedback.

Frequently asked questions

I sorted something into the wrong place.

Nothing moves the moment you swipe. Decisions wait in the queue, and you can review and change them there before you tap “Put away”.

What stays free without a subscription?

Viewing, “Put away”, the player and reader, and one external folder stay free, with 50 decisions a day. After release, the yearly plan starts with 7 days free; cancel at least 24 hours before they end and nothing is charged. The TestFlight beta is free and its purchases are tests.

My TestFlight build expired. What should I do?

TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. Open TestFlight and install the latest Spohad build; your photos and folders stay where they are.

I forgot my Vault code. Can I still open the Vault?

On this iPhone, use Face ID, Touch ID or your iPhone passcode. On a new device or when restoring, only the Vault code can open the encrypted Vault; there is no back door. Details: Privacy policy, section 4 g.

Does Spohad work on Apple Watch?

Yes, with Pro: Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later works as a remote for the feed on your iPhone. Spohad is made for iPhone; iPad isn’t supported yet.

Is the Vault encrypted?

The Vault inside the app is encrypted and requires Pro for new files. A free Vault folder in Files is not encrypted; Spohad locks access to it with Face ID. Without Pro, existing encrypted files can still be viewed, exported, moved and deleted. Details: Privacy policy, section 4 g.

How do I start over?

Settings → Reset App returns Spohad to its first launch. Your photos and folders are not touched, but the encrypted Vault inside the app is deleted — export what you want to keep first.
